We're building tournament-grade multiplayer systems for a revolutionary FPS that combines hardcore competitive gameplay with true digital economies - and we need a multiplayer engineer to own critical systems that will support millions of players.

💼 Your Mission
As our Senior Multiplayer Engineer, you'll own game-critical systems:
Core Multiplayer Ownership:
- Architect & implement matchmaking, server lifecycle, and fleet orchestration
- Build social infrastructure including friends, parties, and voice chat systems
- Integrate backend services and third-party platforms for massive scale
- Optimize netcode for tournament-grade competitive gameplay
- Collaborate directly with world-class designers from AAA franchises
The Systems You'll Ship:
- Extraction shooter with robust server authority and advanced client prediction
- Complex replication for weapon traces, AI state machines, inventory systems
- Persistent progression with reputation tracking and creator tools
- Material penetration physics and projectile simulation
- Revolutionary player ownership features that empower communities
✅ What You Bring
Required:
- 3+ years multiplayer development with C++ and Unreal Engine
- Proven experience with matchmaking & server systems
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent experience
- Strong collaborative skills - you'll work with diverse, agile teams
- Passion for creating premium competitive experiences
Bonus Points:
- Unreal Online Subsystem expertise
- Backend platforms experience (PlayFab, AccelByte, Pragma, GameLift)
- Startup or fast-paced environment background
- Experience with extraction shooters or competitive FPS titles
