💼 What You'll Own
As our Senior UE5 Multiplayer Engineer, your impact is to:
- Own the entire multiplayer architecture: matchmaking, server lifecycle, fleet orchestration
- Build social infrastructure: friends, parties, voice chat systems
- Integrate backend services and third-party platforms
- Optimize netcode for tournament-grade competitive gameplay
- Collaborate directly with world-class designers and developers
🎮 The Game You'll Ship:
- Extraction shooter with revolutionary Web3 integration and player-owned economies
- Robust server authority with advanced client prediction for competitive gameplay
- Complex systems: weapon traces, AI state machines, inventory replication
- Persistent progression with reputation tracking and creator tools

✅ Requirements
- 3+ years multiplayer development (C++/UE5)
- Proven experience with matchmaking & server systems
- Bachelor's/Master's in CS or equivalent experience
- Strong communication & collaborative problem-solving

- Unreal Online Subsystem expertise
- Backend platforms experience (PlayFab, AccelByte, Pragma, GameLift)
- Startup/fast-paced environment background
