We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Associate Producer to support our production team in delivering high-quality video game projects. This is a key support role where you’ll help keep teams aligned, tasks tracked, and production workflows running smoothly.

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Support the planning and scheduling of project timelines and deliverables
Track task progress, milestone completion, and deadlines across multiple teams
Maintain task hygiene and ensure estimates, time logs, and updates are consistently accurate
Assist in preparing daily and weekly production reports, including status, blockers, and time tracking
Facilitate communication between internal departments and external stakeholders
Support QA and delivery by coordinating reviews, triaging issues, and maintaining production readiness
Document and organize key decisions, task structures, and production workflows

📋 Requirements

1–3 years of experience in a production or project coordination role (game development or related field)
Familiarity with project management methodologies and pipelines in game development
Proficiency in tools such as ClickUp, Jira, Asana, or similar platforms
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-focused, and dependable
Located in Quebec and legally authorized to work in Canada
Able to provide three professional references, including at least one former direct supervisor

Experience working with remote or cross-disciplinary teams
Understanding of Agile or sprint-based production models
Prior involvement with QA coordination, client-facing reports, or delivery cycles
